Just bought this the other day at Local Flea Market but I can't make out the artist's signature. I though maybe "S Jeter 1984" but can't come up with any information with that. This person obviously had some talent BC its a beautiful piece, would just like to know from whom its by.

No idea....but wonder IF painting ran in the family???

Here is a C. Jeter. Wonder if they could be *related* because both did watercolors, and houses.......but just tossing it out there..........as a ?????

May be Shirley Jeter - she also did watercolors including homes, but it looks like hers are signed with complete 'Shirley Jeter' signature. You could check her site and ask her though. - http://shirleyjeterwatercolors.com/SJ/Original_Work/Pages/HOMES.html
