I guess that I brought him home because he looked so forlorn in the shop. He had a metal tag around his neck with stamped numbers. He has wire wrapped around his tail in an odd fashion. There is an artist name on the bottom that I cannot read. I call him "Woody."

your Welcome. I think he looks sweet, and innocent and SNEAKY. That is why there is the wire on his tail.
At Xmas time -- I think you should wrap a string of Xmas light around him...as he looks like he could get into trouble -- then you look at his eyes and face -- you just MELT -- and forget about everything he did.
