    Found at a goodwill outlet store, approx 1" cube wood with black lacquer finish mounted onto thick leather stitched square with notched channel for very long, thin leather strap. Wooden block has thick, black cardboard cover. I have no clue what this is for and have been unable to find any images of anything remotely similar. The cube itself is very clean, smooth, and precise. Strap is around 80" long and has torn off at both ends so may have been longer at one time. Any ideas? Thank you!!!
