This is a very large 2 sided Blue Pepsi sign. It is wired but I do not know if the lights work. It is an original business sign for the Boardwalk outdoor café located in Polson MT which I purchased a few years ago. This Café has been in business for over 40 years! I have tried to search for something like it online to get more information but I haven't been able to find anything that is close to this one.
