    New Haven made another pocket/desk watch, not as stylishly or jauntily trim as the ladies Handbag Watch, and it is called the "All Purpose Watch". It has a fold down ring that doubles as the bow when not folded down. It was advertised in a 1958 advertisement as a perfect utility timepiece for him or her. ideal for desk, table, purse, workbench. Black dial with radium numerals and hands. It sold for $4.95.
