Found this great westminister grandfather clock, that the owner had stuffed away in a storage locker. It dates around the 1920's or 30's.
He just wanted to clear out the locker, so I "picked" the clock for $70. Best deal ever, for me. Needs a little work, to get it running, but what a wonderful old clock. This is the best deal I think I ever received. Once I clean it up it's going in my home, to be enjoyed for a long time.
Also, same week, I picked this neon Budweiser sign. Over 30 years old and in great shape. No broken parts. Bought it for $50.
Two very good "picks".
