Sandwich Electric Co started manufacturing telegraph and telephones in 1898 mainly for the railroad industry. I haven't figured out the reason for the two what looks like transmitters. Since I don't see any bells on your telephone, I believe one of the so called transmitter could be a howler. I need to see a photo of the backside of the door. The telephone was manufactured around 1910.
