    The 75th Gettysburg Reunion was a major event. Several thousand actual veterans attended the reunion events.

    The US Government commissioned special medals for the event. The medals and photos of them are highly collected in the Civil War collector community.

      Yes it is a State Commander badge.

      The guy is IDd and actually fought at Gettysburg.
