large english equal arm scale

This scale is approximately 34 inches tall. The base and ornate top is cast iron, while the middle section is porcelain. The rest is brass except for the larger round weighing pan which is copper. There is an inscription on the brass arm that says H. Marsh 51 Withy Grove Manchester. It is a class B scale.
