This is another Photogravure Goupil & Co. Titled: Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim this is from Charles Dicken's "A Christmas Story" I am finding some Beautiful art. It's belive these were from around the 1890's era. Not positively sure. Any help appreciate!!!

Mike, a wonderful iconic subject for your collection. Your "particular" photogravure was not in the book "A Christmas Story." You didn't indicate the size so I am guessing the following, based on the fact that your print indicates it is "PL[ate] XXIII."
PLATE XXIII: Originally drawn by Frederick Barnard, I think it is from the book "Character Sketches of Romance, Fiction and the Drama," Volume IV, by Rev. E. Cobham Brewer, LL.D., edited by Marion Harland, New York: Selmar Hess, page 122, 1892; it was published in four volumes.

I did not check the later, 1901-1902(?) printings of this book, published in eight volumes, to see if it was included and if so, the plate number. Most of the later printings are available on Google Books and you can check the "List of Illustrations" in the front of each volume.
The ORIGINAL photogravures, MEASURING 20 x 14-1/2 inches, were published in portfolios circa 1896 by Cassell & Co., New York, in three (3) "series," each containing six (6) photogravures, of "Character Sketches from Dickens," original drawings by Frederick Barnard, printed by Goupil & Co., Paris. The total published by Cassell was eighteen (18) and "Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim" was included in the "third" series.
