I would love some tips for restoring it. Cleaning the keys that are jammed. It has been weathered on and left outside.

With a complete restoration project you would dismantle the entire machine. The keys will unstick when you clean, oil, and refit the internal mechanisms. Being left outside was not the best way to store it.
I bought it for $40.00 this way. What do I use to clean it. I dont want to use abrasive cleaners. What do you suggest?
"Restore" and "clean" are two entirely different things. Since it was outside in the elements, the outer part is all rusty and the innards are probably no better. To restore it is a complete job and you shouldn't tackle it unless you are capable of putting in the time and expense and are mechanically inclined to do so. A machine improperly stored simply cannot be "wiped" off and expected to work properly again. If the keys are stuck, it is probably all rusted inside or even has some rodents living in it.
