This is a double Yei Naja pendant, often used at the bottom of Native American squash blossom necklaces or as a stand alone pendant on a silver bead necklace. The pendant is at least 20 years old, probably older. It appears to have a bold T hallmark, though it is possible it is merely unusual pitting in the sand cast item. It is not marked sterling, but tests as sterling. If anyone has thoughts on the possible hallmark, I'd welcome your comments.

As the item was sand cast, I decided it was too difficult to discern a possible T hallmark from other pox marks on the back. The item sold for $130 with a Navajo pearl necklace.
