I love to buy, collect or re-sell vintage kitchenwares or housewares. My hutch in the kitchen is just a small collection that has passed thru here. Anything from Fire King, Hazel Atlas, McKee, Glasbake, Pyrex, etc. you name it, I love it. One piece close to my heart is the pink egg beaters. Another is the Westinghouse covered loaf pan. Most of the depression pieces like Anchor Hocking early american prescut glass were give aways in a box of oats or detergents. What I would give today to open a box in my pantry and find a prize cup or saucer!

I have a long way to go to "finish" my collection but do we really ever finish it? Nope, just add to it!

Thanks, so do I. Half the time you find it the pattern is just about worn. All the pieces I have are in pretty good shape. Adding more little by little.

I have a cut or pressed oval oven casserol dish with lid. The bottom is marked as Glassbake USA but is spelled with two s' I know it is old maybe from the early 30's. Have seen these bakeware pieces before

I have seen Glasbake oval covered casseroles in a plain glass and an etched. I know early on int he early 1900's it was spelled Glasbak and then changed to Glasbake later on. I have never seen it with 2 s'. Can you take a picture to put up?

I have an Anchor Hocking canister set with salt & pepper shakers and sugar with creamer made for Westmoreland Glass in the China Rose decal. Have you ever seen it anywhere? If so, how much is it worth? Love your china cabinet. Thanks
