The central medallion shows 'double happiness' ('joy joy'), typically a good wish for a wedding.

well it is difficult and it is easy,

the nobrainer part is it is NEI FU , so it chinese porcelain for the vietnamese market

and now the trouble begins because the spread is awfull wide it even could be japanese peribellum porcelain

a few assumptions take care assumptions !!!!

the real origional ( expensive stuff) is late Daoguang period till early Guangxu
well the design is different ,that design is more complicated and more dragonware . more cobalt tonality etc

IMO we get an intermission period due to the Tonkin mayem and rural famine till lets say 1880-1905

another approach the rim it is not a metal rim , but almost an qianjang cai rim

can,t substantionate , double hapiness styling or double longevtity styling +luster styling, tends IMO to very late qing to early republic period
