    I have had this old tool for ever. I am 70 years old but have no idea what it is called or used for. It appears to be a tool for marking out circles of various radii on leather. It would require a hole to inset and them able to adjust the radius of the circle desired.

      It looks like and is built like a variation of a beam compass and/or trammel point
