I found this in a shop downtown. Everything seems to be in good shape but it is wound too tight. Should I try to release it, or have it done by a watch man ??

If you release to quickly, will snap the main spring, try gently rocking the balance wheel with tooth pick, might take off running. but take care not to hit the hair-spring
