This clock is currently in repair, getting cleaned. Yet another Art Deco clock this one has Wesminster chimes every quarter, and on the hour it strikes the hour.
Once it gets out of it's cleaning, it is going to get the glass repaired on the bottom of the door.
The clock has been repaired and the bottom glass has been replaced. While I had it out, I slid the movement out and found that Kinzle made this clock.
To see it and hear it check it out on youtube.

Does it work?
Yes, it does run, but was in need of a good cleaning. The chime bars were missing also but they are being replaced during the cleaning.
