It is beautiful! I wonder who made it for them? I know Doulton use to make toilets, no marks anywhere else?

A few possible makers really Doulton is one i would go for as i seen two of these old toilets being used as decoration in an old georgian houses garden one was really ornate & colourful( flower design) with a doulton mark the other was very similar to yours but not marked blue & white flower patterns ....
ive also seen one which looks like an ivy /vine design
being in the channel islands it could be french :-)
