Well I followed a dead trail for a bit because there is an M. Valero, possibly Meime Valero, a Mexican potter, but his designs are entirely different, very Southwestern Native American. However several dishes are attributed to him on eBay, which I don't think are his, I think they are YOUR M. Valero from Spain. (You know how that goes on eBay, monkey see monkey do.)
So am still searching for M. Valero, and hopefully his company name will show up with it.
