This glass basket is in the rather rare blue/green version of Welz honeycomb decor. The forming of the basket distorts the honeycomb pattern but you can view the decor via the link below. Additionally the basket is cased in clear ribbing and includes four clear ribbed flowers. I've tried to show that in pics. 3 and 4. The interior is a lovely duck egg blue colour and the handle is a Welz shape. Snapped off pontil.

I adore this one, two month ago I had the opportunity to buy a pair but had not the money and when went with it they had been sold, sure to a foreign buyer. Happy eastern
