It was in A1 condition .
I put it on the dash of my yj jeep while I took the dog for a walk ,when I came back I forgot it was there and drove out of the estuary up the bank & it fell against the steel seat base ...:-(
It was 5"h x 2.5widest ..
It's very very dainty & thin glass very fragile .. gutted !!!
What do you think ??
I mean apart from me being a forgetful twit :-)...

What a shame SD :(.... I love the piece. As for the circumstance I feel your pain. I broke my Nachtmann wine carafe a month ago. Thought it was in a safe spot too. I set it on the floor to dust and stepped down from the foot stool and...crunch !! Keep the pieces. Glass restorers can do wonders if it turns out to be valuable. Sorry I can't help with the ID.

I found it at the local recycle centre and thank god they let me have it for free:-)
My last one was broken by our collie pup about 7 months ago ;-(

That's unfortunate Surfdub, it is such a cool piece! Well it's still cool, but now they're cool pieces. The bright side is you now have an excuse to buy something new to help get over your loss lol.
