here is a stunning and hard to find fenton blue opalescent hobnail low candy jar. it is no. 3880 in fenton's hobnail line. this is a stunning piece...hobnails everywhere...and then topped off by a great knob full of white opalescence. this piece was made in the early 1950's and was only made for a short period of time making it hard to find. it is easy to find this candy dish on ebay in milkglass.....but to find one of these in blue opalescent is difficult. i have a french opalescent one also that i have posted on here as well. thanks hope you enjoy.

I love Fenton. My Grandmother had a candy dish in pink. There is still a lot of Fenton in this area. Just the price is very high for any piece now. Never seen one in blue. Great find.

thanks for your comment coalminerslady. fenton is gaining in value as the years go by. it is getting much harder to come by rare pieces, and even just ordinary pieces in hobnail. thanks again!

Very beautiful! I recently came across a cranberry hobnail powder dish, I will have to put pictures up. Have you gotten anything new? I'd love to see more pictures, I look forward to it.

I was given a blue opalescent hobnail low candy dish by Fenton. It is in excellent condition but I am not a glass collector and it has no sentimental value for me. It is #3880 which I see is rare. I would possibly be interested in selling it, but have absolutely no idea of the value. Can someone help me with that? Thank you!
