    ~ ~ FOR ARTGLASSFAN ~ ~ See this post...

There are 8 large indented Oval dimples around the sides. Was kinda hard to take pics of it. Believe it is a 3-Rest Cigarette Ashtray. Bottom has lots, and lots of good age wear. The bottom does not appear to be mat (polished at one time) -- but looks like all Wear!! Very thick, and heavy item. Size is about 6 wide by 6.5 wide and about 2.5 inches tall. Again very Heavy, and very thick glass. I do not know, but still am leaning towards Murano. I am thinking around 1950's or 1960's era (?)

** AGAIN, BOTTOM IS NOT MAT finished -- but rather very extremely worn. Think was used lots and daily - as an Ashtray

*artglassfan* posted one that measures the same, has the dimples also, and a "Polished bottom" with no wear. That one is Dark Amber. They DO LOOK like a atch in *My Own Opinion*

artglassfan link is below. They look the same in my opinion. It is noted that their does not have a mat bottom, but a polished bottom.

Forgot to ask artglassfan -- how many indents on yours?

Yep they sure look the same to me...I looks like the indents are exactly the same. I put mine back into storage so I forgot the exact number of indents. Cheers

LOL...as I was curious of the number of indents on your -- but Yeah, they look the same. I think since your base in polished (with not as much wear as mine ) I would lean to Murano....?

Pretty sure there are 100% related!!

May I use your photos on that piece? Let me know...Thanks
