Figurine is 10" high apprx. 3 1/2" across at base. Not marked, but was produced in early 1970s at a pottery in northeaster pa. called Holly Ross. I remember when my parents bought this at the pottery. I was more concerned with catchng frogs at a pond that was in a picnic area behind the store.
