Unknown glass...

Does anyone know the maker or age of this piece?

It has a rough pontil on the bottom. It's 5.5 inches tall and 5 inches wide at the mouth. The top part is green and the bottom is light blue. I'm not sure exactly what it is, maybe a vase or candle holder.
