I came across this beautiful piece the other day, I thought it was a painting when it was on the shelf but when I got it down and took a closer look it was all thread. I have done some research online about thread painting but cannot find out anything about the artist or really even make out the name. I really never heard of Hand Dyed Thread Painting until I started to investigate more into this piece. If anyone has any knowledge of this type of art work could you please give me more insight about it? I really am not sure if I even have it in the right category. It measures 12in. X 12 in. , and as seen in the picture is on a wooden panel.
