This is an unusual vase. It is white opaline glass and inside it is cased with the clear glass that finish in pink and finally in amber. It is totally ribbed and the ruffle is very pretty. It has a double belt shape and a flower applied, that is done of spatter glass and uranium glass (second picture). It has a broken pontil and some ashes inside the glass. Thanks for looking.

I'd think this is Bohemian in origin, maybe Harrach.
