OK, another mystery. I have had this over 20 years and have often wondered about it's origin and manufacture. I love this piece, because it is cute, but really is exquisite. It is very detailed and executed by a real artist. No damage, absolutely perfect. Clearly not any more real than bambi, as I sure it is a fanciful artistic expression of a dear or antelope.
I have looked at Lauscha and Bimini, but I do not believe this is either - I personally think it is better. From hoof to top of horn - 6 inches (15cm).

Sable Antelope, I believe. (But babies are NOT born with their horns!) He is gorgeous!
The horns must be heavy, no wonder the wobble, this piece is a national treasure !
