I know this is a liquor decanter - because the liquor is still in it. I believe it may be Russian and it has a red seal that has not been broken. The figure looks like it is porcelain and is beautifully glazed. I have no idea of the age of this piece and I can't find out further information because the stamp on the piece I believe is also in Russian. All comment are appreciated.
The figure is approximately 11.5 inches tall.
We also found one of these at a car boot sale it's a balalaika playing Russian it says made in Italy, is hand-painted and made in 1977. Any further information would be gratefully received.
