Wing span is is 4.5" and 4" nose to tail.
Has green paint job with black rubber wheels.
There are no markings at all on the piece.
Just wondering if anyone out there has come across or seen
anything like this and could possibly help identify this toy.
It looks rather old like the 30's or 40's I am guessing.
It came from a relative long since deceased.
Much thanks to any assistance,
Paul

What a neat toy, unless I way off, I think that there is a missing set of wheels that would have been on the other set of tabs at the rear of the plane. That set was prolly markied 'made in Japan' I think you are bang on with the age....... very nice stamped toy...
Thank you kindly, Pop_abides. I examined those tabs previously and it's been a puzzle figuring out the original configuration. I appreciate your time and effort!

The bigger question is, what the hell are we doing awake at 6 Am on a Sunday morning ? :-)
HaHaHA!!!!!!!!!!! Nice!
Nice piece , really like the design.
Thanks JTeachout,
I am happy to share the imagery with the public.
It appears almost like Amelia Earharts Lockheed Model 10 Electra with some radical extensions applied to the wing tips.

How neat ! I'll bet the research was fun, I know that every time I go looking I find out something new..
Do you "have the bug?"
Oh yes, especially when I had 3 houses full cool stuff drop in my lap.
Unfortunately a relative passed on leaving me with boxes upon boxes. But then there is the lucrative upside of it...
