This was discovered in a box at the collectors where house of treasures. This is a rare piece made in Hong Kong. Why do I know that? Simply that my mother has one unnamable Crystal. Which we purchased in Hong Kong in the 1970's. This is such a great find for me personally and I am blessed to have found. This stands about 10" and weights about 8 pounds. Thanks for looking

Ours is very similar except it does not have the red paint anywhere on it! They are beautiful pieces!
