pair of fave lamps in need of shades

I'm 60 and i remember them always being there. I love the horizontal bulbs and i think thete were also bulbs inside. Mom had humongous trum cloth shades that came below the horizontals and i dont think that was correct.Would like to know if anyone has seen anything like these so i can the right type of shade.
