    Made by US glass pressed glass pattern #15070 called wither New Jersey or Loops and Drops. I've seen a lot of these without the flashing, and never with gold (except for lots of berry bowls). Produced late 1800s through about 1910. Found it at Goodwill in among a lot of junk.
