I had often thought that cards for Halloween was just another stab at "fleecing" the consumer public to obtain revenue. However that was not the case. This idea has been out for almost 100 years. Everyone thinks of Christmas cards and birthday cards and of course a Valentine card for one's sweetheart but Halloween cards were also once quite popular. Maybe even more so long ago than they are today. This one is a little on the "Why haven't you written"? as much as it is about the "haunting holiday" but anyway, here goes... Enjoy...
