She is a Porcelain doll from 1980's-90's . She looks like a original artist sculpt not a reproduction ( Copy of a old mold) meaning the person who sculpted her and had molds made for market should have signed her on back of neck under hair or lower on shoulder . Can you look there ? These dolls reached their popularity in 80's and 90s and many were expensive . Sold with the notion they would increase in value like a Antique doll and often sold in limited numbers to further make buyers believe they were a good investment . And they were pretty to look at not a toy:-) They were made in fair quality to very fine quality and many companies pumped them out in thousands , However I do believe yours maybe a artists doll . I will await your reply as to what is on neck . Very nice .
