This is my Lenci doll. I got her for a good price at the very end of the doll show. You'll see this doll a lot in the google images because my friend used it on the "doll reference" site. Don't let her dress throw you though, she was originally a costume Lenci, and missing the bottom half of her outfit. I wanted a themed Lenci and made her costume into Red Riding hood.
Lenci's more times then not are marked on the bottom of their feet with a stamp mark.
That dolls eyes scrare me!!!!!!!!!!! :)
After I took this picture my friends joked that Red Riding Hood looked like she was going to eat the wolf
Yes that's is exactly what it looks like... evil eyes... Yikes!
Big Bad Wolf looks soooo big . . . very cute.
Red Riding Hood has the same expression my six year old gets when she's about to say: "Seriously?"
