The inside tag reads: "MADE IN FRANCE - HAND-MADE".

I was told it was maybe early/mid 1930s, it is about 6" by 8", made with glass beads. The inside may be satin, and the handles are beaded as well.

Any additional information your could provide on this handbag would be greatly appreciated.
