Hi everyone! I've missed you all and thought of you often. I hope all is well with you, as with me. Having said that, I thought I'd share a little something handed down to me about 40 years ago.

It's a Victorian Era miniature piano player and his grand piano. He comes in 2 parts. Bendable at the waist, he takes a bow for the audience after his concerto finale. The player and the bench are one part and the other part is, of course, the grand piano with the lifted or lowered lid.

It's about 1" in size when next to each other and weighs about 6.4g.

There are silver markings on his back above the tuxedo tails, but they cannot be read due to age.

I'm very curious as to where this may have originated. Any ideas?

Thanks ahead of time and I'll be back to see your responses. Enjoy ;)

Very neat piece. So what was the verdict? I see it was solved, but not the answer. Enjoy!!

Hi upstate! yea, I did mark as solved without the answer...I was so anxious to know and I felt like I kept looking and didn't have any response so I just marked it as solved. That way, it solved my problem of wanting to keep looking! haha

So really, my answer to you is...I still don't know. Sorry bout that...
