I love the green label on this! and Yes it is still full! It dates to the 1940's, the bottle is marked Internal Revenue Tax Paid. It was the four loco of it's era, alcohol with vitamins B&G in it for strength! The label reads" found by science to be of value in the diet of the undernourished and expectant and nursing mothers"
