    This was given to us 28 years ago and don't know anything about it! If anyone can tell us a bit about it ,that would be nice.

      A U.S. Commemorative postage stamp issued on Jan. 21, 1994
      There is really no significance to it and if unused it can still be used for mailing (although you would need to add another 20¢ stamp to get the current First-Class rate) - The Scott catalog# for this issue is #2812 and is currently available from any dealer in unused mint condition for about 40-50¢
