I had ask Fortapahce about this style in one of his post, He has verbally ID this as 1975 Geronimo. So posting photos to verify.

You are welcome Kerry. Looks like he has the yellow headdress that is proper for the figure. He had soft plastic yellow accessories and hard plastic brown accessories.
