This was given to me to research by my mother in law, whom has had it thrown in a box for many years! It is fully hallmarked as sterling silver, has the import stamp and was hallmarked in London in approx 1915? by H&Co which I believe to be Possibly Hayman & Co, "export merchants", Coleman Street, London E. It measures 6x6 inches and weighs 180g and is so very beautifully engraved with the head of a goat. It really is a stunning piece and I would love to find out more about it if anyone can help out?

I had a couple of these some years ago and they had German marks. This one does have the London import mark of 'u' for 1915.
