I found this the other day it looked old and interesting and I wanted to find out more about it and I did not find out much. Maybe some type of folk art It is 8 1/2 by 11 inches and has the initials OBL in the right hand corner the picture is possibly from a children story but it does not look familiar to me. Thanks!
Looks like an interpretation of the old Sandman story, sprinkling sand to bring on sleep and dreams. There are more scary versions, this one looks pretty benign.
