    This is a very old dagger left to me by my father sorry but I don't know the age or era it is from, but would be ever so pleased if any one could help me with this. The length of the dagger is 29cm. The handle is made of a hard wood and is bound in some type of leather, the scabbard is also made of some type of leather the condition is not very good. My father collected many antiques through out his life, all I know is he had this for many years it was kept in a box with many other items, it would be great to know more about this dagger.

      Not my area of collectables, but would venture to guess mid-east. maybe as far West as Turkey or even Greece. Hope this helps in your search.
