To the best of my knowledge this is a one of a kind item. Donald Duck is made of fiberglass and sits on a working hydraulic barber chair base. The base and chair are totally operational.
Size of Donald in the down position from the base to the beak is 42 inches – pumped up 45 inches
In the down position from the base to the hat about 52 inches
Across the shoulders 11 inches
Tip of beak to face 4 inches
Center of eye to center of eye 4 inches
Center of top set of buttons on chest to center 4 inches
Center of eye to center of eye 4 ½ inches
Approx. 2 feet chest to tail.
It is in excellent condition considering it's age ( as best I could find out it is probably from the 50's) with only a few minor scratchers. The belt that originally held the child is missing as well.
I got the chair from a relative who owned a hair cutting business. I have had my hair cut while sitting on it and from time to time my children and grandchildren have. It is just a fun experience.
