This piece is fully hallmarked and has a wooden box fitted into it w/ either parchment or some kind of skin covering it. i can only make out 'Goldsmiths and Silversmiths' and '12 Regent Street' on it. any info appreciated.

Anything from Regent Street was the highest quality.
      Still is, I think.

      Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company.
      London mark.
      The "S" is for 1913.
