I actually figured one out myself :) I wanted to share it with all of you. Pretty little England creamer made by Harvest Ware Wade England from 1947-1955. The gold rim and handle has no wear and looks brand new, so I guess mom didn't use this one at all. This little piece is one of my favorite pieces because of the colors :)
