This is a sequence of pics "again" of before and after of a 1938 Zenith console AM Radio. It was given to me by a friend who was moving out of his apartment. He almost threw it out because he thought it didn't work. I replaced a couple capacitors and it sounds great. As you can see by the pics I stripped the old finish and wiped on a few coats of shellac. The beauty of the wood came back to life. "Love Shellac" I only have to replace a few missing tabs and grill cloth then it'll be done. I'll eventually upload the a pic of the completed project.
