    Another estate sale find of a rather cool fixed blade knife that is actually signed on the blade which is foreign to me.Also has a rather ornate sheath with a lion on it and a flag that I'm not familiar with. Knife is about 9 1-2 in long with a 5inch blade. Also appears to have a small etched brass component below tang. I found the hard it's extremely sharp. Does anyone have any info on this piece.

      Got it!!! A finish Puukko Knife that is signed.

      The name of the maker would be at the top and I read Suomi underneath.

      It seems Eino Lahdensuo began a cottage industry around 1929 making puuko.
