I picked this item up at a thrift store, I intriged me with it's ornementation and rings. It sets a top my china cabinet in the dining room. The detail on the pieces is beautiful. I do not know what it is made of it is mostly a matte finish when a glossy finish on the larger rings.
The last picture shows it infront of a samuri sword set I bought at an estate sale.
